Mandy
Personal Tutor
Mandy was born and raised in Germany. She has always felt very connected to the English language because members of her family live in the United States. During her studies of languages at the University of Mannheim, she spent some time in New York because she was always interested in other cultures and traditions. Here at Wall Street Institute, she enjoys talking in her favourite language while getting to know students from all over the world. Now, she is really looking forward to meeting you at our institute in downtown Mannheim!

Heather
Teacher
Hi, my name is Heather. I am Scottish and have lived all over Scotland, but I would most likely consider Tullibody, Clackmannanshire my 'home'. I first came to Germany (Mainz) as a foreign exchange student during my Studies at The University of Glasgow in 2004 and quickly fell in love with the country. So much so that I moved to Germany permanently after graduating in 2007. I have always been fascinated by different languages and love teaching English. In my spare time I love reading and traveling.
I look forward to meeting you all!

Matt
Service Manager
Hi, I'm Matt. I grew up in London and Brighton, a really cool seaside town. I studied chemistry and geology, but my first "proper" job was working to empower teenagers in London. I've lived in Germany since 2006 and one of the things I like here is the mix of different environments in a relatively small space – natural, urban, agricultural and industrial. The only thing missing is the sea.

Nicola
Center Director
This is Nicola Bean. She grew up in Reading, England and has also lived in Canada and Arabia. She has been living in Mannheim now for 3 years and loves to travel the world and get to know new cultures. As a native speaker she enjoys working for Wall Street Institute and talking to new people!

Clare
Teacher
Hi, I’m Clare. I was born in Milton Keynes, England. After completing my degree in languages, I spent time teaching English in Europe and Japan, before returning to university. Currently, while teaching here, I’m finishing my PhD about politics and comedy in Italy.
I love languages and living abroad. Most of all, I like teaching English because I can share British culture with my students and learn all about the place I’m living in. I hope to find out a lot about Germany during my time teaching at Wall Street in Mannheim.
I look forward to meeting you.

Jennifer
Corporate Service Assistant
I’m Jennifer and I have been at Wall Street since April 2008 and I really love working here because of the opportunity to speak English all the time. I grew up in Heidelberg and went to Stuttgart to further my dance career. I don’t perform anymore, but still give workshops and choreograph for freestyle groups. I am also a teacher at a dancing school for hip hop dancing. I am actually three quarters American although I’ve lived in Germany my whole life. That’s it for now! I hope to see you soon at Wall Street!

Hello! My name is Martina and I am an exchange student here in Mannheim. I study global business with public policy at the University of Maryland, so if you want to talk with me about this topic, feel free to do so! In my free time I love to travel, see a concert or an opera, spend time with friends or just relax at a lake getting some sun. I am looking forward to meet you at the institute!

Anne
Personal Tutor
Hi everyone, my name is Anne and I am 24 years old. Although I was born in Berlin, I feel like a total “Monnemer”, since I´ve been living here in the wonderful city of Mannheim for almost 20 years. In my free time I love to combine my two big hobbies: travelling and watching hockey. I also enjoy going to the theatre or spending time with my family and friends. Since I stayed in Montreal for 1 month, I´ve fallen in love with the English language and everything around it. Therefore I am really happy to work for Wall Street Institute, where I can “dive into” an English-speaking environment in the middle of Germany.

Steve
Teacher
Steve is a proud American, born and raised in the fine state of New Jersey. After graduating Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Administration, Steve worked in the Sales Industry for some time. He later realized his true passion was teaching, so he booked a flight to Germany, and has been happily working for Wall Street Institute ever since. He looks forward to meeting you!

Silke
Personal tutor
Silke was born in the beautiful "Schwabeländle". After her A-levels she spent a year in Australia and New Zealand to work there.
She studied in Eberswalde and Göttingen and lives in Mannheim. Silke enjoys sketching and loves spending her time in nature.

Olga
Teacher
Hi, my name is Olga and I was born in Moscow, Russia. At an early age, my parents moved from very cold Russia to beautiful and sunny Sydney, Australia. Throughout my degree in Business Marketing I travelled around the world, learning about new cultures, trying to learn different languages and experiencing life outside of Australia.
I have recently moved to Germany with my boyfriend, and every day I am amazed at how ‘small’ Europe feels compared to Australia. One of my greatest passions is travelling and Germany, couldn’t be located more perfectly! I enjoy meeting new people and finding out their interests, hope to see you in my class!
