Hi everyone! My name is Roman, and I'm an authentic "Berliner Junge" – born and raised in north Berlin. If I'm not in the centre, I'm out and about in Berlin, but you'll probably find me either playing or watching football somewhere with my friends. Although I'm from Berlin, I'm a big fan of Bayern München. I'm slowly discovering the English language and its challenges, so come by the centre, and we can take on English grammar together!
Hallo! Ich bin der Roman, und bin ein authentischer "Berliner Junge" – ich bin im Norden Berlins geboren und aufgewachsen. Wenn ich nicht im Center bin, bin ich unterwegs in der Stadt, wahrscheinlich beim Fußball spielen mit Freunden. Obwohl ich aus Berlin komme, bin ich ein großer Fan von Bayern München. Ich entdecke gerade die englische Sprache und die Herausforderungen, die diese Weltsprache mit sich bringt, also rufen Sie mich im Center an, und wir können gemeinsam das Englischlernen angehen!

Hi there, my name is Sean I´m 45 born in England but grew up in Ireland so you could say I´m a “Plastic Paddy”!!!
I´ve worked and lived in various parts of the world but my favourite place right now is Berlin. It´s got everything going for it, restaurants, shops, culture, history and sport. I love sport, especially soccer and skiing. I support Derby County but I´m donating some of my time to Hertha BSC Berlin as well.

Languages, education and travel are my passions; I've been a language teacher and student here in Germany and also in Australia, and I really enjoy helping students to learn. Like most of my compatriots, I do not come from London. Nor do I know the Queen personally, drink tea every afternoon at 5pm or believe in the widespread myth of "Oxford" English. I am, however, fiercely proud to speak and honoured to spread the English language internationally as the lingua franca of the 21st century. I also like beer, poetry and heavy metal. After graduating from Cambridge University, I worked variously as a schoolteacher and technical translator before making it to my spiritual home, Berlin. I have taught for WSI in this fine city since May 2004, helping students learn English with our fun, effective and above all "natural" method. Come and join us-we rock!

Hello! I'm Andrew a British English Teacher living and working in Berlin. I was born in a town called Stockport in England and have spent 27 years in the Derbyshire, Cheshire and Lancashire regions. As a trained and experienced teacher graduating from the Huddersfield Education campus i have taught Adults in the north and south of England for over 5 years. Yes, i am very English but I have an international side too!. I have travelled around most of western Europe and to the east as far as Hong Kong, Bali and Dubai so I understand the value of speaking a foreign language. I look forward to meeting you so we can work together toward your English language learning goals!

I´m Sandhya Plass a British English Teacher with Sri-Lankan roots and have been teaching since 2000. I was born and grew up in England but have spent much time living in and travelling around various countries and therefore value the ability to speak foreign languages. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing about their experiences which is one of the things that makes teaching English so interesting.
